After the emergency shutdown of the reactor on September 23, 2021, the necessary package of reporting documents was prepared and sent to Rostekhnadzor for consideration. Rostekhnadzor's response on the issue of agreeing the Decision on the resumption of IBR-2 operation at capacity will be received no earlier than October 04. The further operation of the IBR-2 unit at capacity will be announced later.
