A working delegation of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research comprising Director of the JINR University Centre D.V. Kamanin, Advisor to the Director of the JINR University Centre M.Yu. Tumanova, FLNP Deputy Director B. Mukhametula, Deputy Head of International Cooperation Department E.A. Badawy, Head of DLNP Scientific Group M.A. Nozdrin, Head of LRB Scientific Group Yu.S. Severyukhin, Head of FLNP Scientific Group S.E. Kichanov took part in the ICPA Conference (13^th International Conference on Photonics and Applications), organized by the Institute of Physics of VANT in Hanoi on October 13-19, 2024. The program of the visit to Vietnam also included working meetings with the Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) and Plenipotentiary Representative of Vietnam at JINR Prof. Dr. Tran Tuan Anh, and President of the Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute (Vinatom) Mr. Tran Chi Thanh, as well as a number of round tables at universities and research centers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
