The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Atomic Energy published a material on the work of specialists from Kazakhstan involved in the research of the Joint Institute.

Fields of study were presented by:

Deputy Scientific Secretary of the Laboratory of High Energy Physics at JINR Yerzhan Mukhamedzhanov spoke about track detectors and their role in experiments aimed at searching new particles.

Deputy Director of the Laboratory of Nuclear Problems at JINR Ayagoz Baimukhanova discussed radiopharmaceuticals, therapeutic radionuclides, and their use in nuclear medicine.

Deputy Director of the Laboratory of Neutron Physics at JINR Bagdaulet Mukhametuly presented the opportunities of neutron methods for materials research and the development of new technologies.

The scientists also talked about the training of a new generation of specialists and the role of international cooperation in the development of scientific competencies.
