Dorota began her research career at FLNP in 2010 as a Senior Researcher, then led a group, and in 2012 became the laboratory's Scientific Secretary. For over ten years, she led the IBR-2 reactor user program.

In an interview with Olga Tarantina, Dorota shared memories of her journey into FLNP, career-changing acquaintances, friends, and plans.

"We have such an atmosphere, wonderful people, a friendly team, and always good directors. I know that if I have a problem, I won't be left alone to deal with it," Dorota shared.
