A scheme of a mirror ring storage ring for cold and very cold neutrons is proposed. Relationships are obtained for calculating the parameters of the storage ring, the flux density, and the neutron confinement time in the storage ring. It is shown that the gain factors of the flux density and neutron confinement time in the storage ring can reach and even exceed 100. The experimental possibilities of creating a storage ring and its use in physical research are considered. A scheme of a source of pulsed neutron beams is proposed.
