The results of the work carried out by the author on the development of new methods, mathematical models and algorithms for processing information about the state of an industrial facility will be presented in order to assess, analyze and timely identify changes in its state, ongoing processes and phenomena, as well as for information support of the decision maker, to prevent and liquidation of man-caused emergencies. It is based on the approaches and tools of machine learning methods, fuzzy set theory, and the theory of artificial immune systems.

A model and structure of an information system for the operational detection of hazardous states of industrial facilities has been developed, which implements the proposed methods, the elements of which are implemented and implemented at industrial enterprises in the Tula region.
