DNP Seminar
11-15-2023 11:00 Conference hall (bldg. 42, 3rd floor)
The goal of this paper is to develop a highly efficient technique for processing data from the monitoring of intrinsic neutron radiation on the surface of Mars, without using a neutron generator. This technique is used to estimate the water content of Mars regolith. As a result of the paper, a technique was developed that was successfully applied to analyze measurement data and to identify local areas with anomalous water content along the route of NASA's Curiosity rover over nine years of operation.
