“Within three to four months, replacement of some equipment will be carried out and in the fourth quarter, the reactor is scheduled to be put into operation. If it is put into operation successfully, then in autumn-winter, we will start carrying out experiments for our physicists and probably, next year, we will resume the user programme and open the submission of applications for experiments,” FLNP Director Egor LYCHAGIN announced. The license will be valid until 1 April, 2032.
