IACP FEB RAS is a multi-disciplinary institute of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which occupies a leading position in the field of physical, mathematical and technical sciences in the Russian Far East. The institute actively conducts scientific research in such areas as information technology (artificial intelligence, mathematical modeling, high-performance computing), photonics and laser technologies (optical measurements, fiber-optic sensors, laser additive technologies, laser modification of materials, biosensorics, agrobiophotonics), nanotechnology and surface physics, mechanics of deformable solids, physics of combustion, process control, robotics (industrial, underwater robots), satellite and laser monitoring in remote sensing of the earth, ocean and atmosphere. The report is devoted to the Institute's achievements in the indicated and related fields.
