"The IBR-2M Pulsed Reactor in 2026 after a Long Shutdown"

The results of a study of the dynamic characteristics of the IBR-2M reactor after its long shutdown from 2021 to 2025 for the replacement of air heat exchangers are presented. The aim of the study was to substantiate the nuclear safety and reliability of the reactor. The values of the reactor parameters were obtained, making it possible to expand the range of the reactor stability margin towards increasing the energy output. This fact introduces a significant positive adjustment to the prospects of the reactor's operation at power.
