Annotation:

The report will present the results of a study of two methods for processing signals from neutron counters implemented in MPD-32 blocks and Caen digitizers.

The number of neutron events and the proportion of false positives are measured depending on the dead time, the discrimination threshold, and the analog shaping time for different loads of one channel.
