Scientific problem:

Development of position-sensitive X-ray detectors with high sensitivity for medical use based on organic and inorganic perovskite materials is required to reduce the radiation dose to the human body during X-ray examination.

Objective:

Development of a position-sensitive detector based on a hybrid organic and inorganic perovskite of  B2An-1MnX3n+1 (n ≥ 1) ( M is Pb2+ or Sn2+, A is MA+ or FA+, B is CH3(CH2)2NH3+ (BA+), Ph(CH2)2NH3+ (PEA+), others, X is halogen) (HOIP)

Tasks:

1. Obtaining an X-ray detector based on HOIP crystals.
2. Investigation of the electrical properties of detectors under ionizing fields.
3. Development of a position-sensitive detector (PSD) in the form of a matrix assembled from the detectors obtained in paragraph 2.
4. Testing of the PSD detector.
5. Preparation of scientific articles and patents.
